Q. I don't have a paypal account, can I still order?

A. Yes! Add the items you want to your cart and when you check out, click on "continue" on the left hand side of the checkout page (see below). You can pay with the credit cards listed there (varies by country) and you don't need to create a paypal account.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. We ship orders every working day. Shipping usually takes 7-10 days depending on where you are. However, CDs arrive in most countries within a week. Some countries may take longer depending on your local postal service. We ship our packages by Japan Post EMS express service which is very fast and reliable.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes! You can track your order from Japan Post. Please contact us and let us know you want to track your order and we'll send you the tracking number.

Q. I need my CDs in a hurry! Can you help?

A. Yes! We send out the orders as quickly as we can and orders often arrive within a week. However, if you need the songs right away, you can download Super Simple Songs mp3s or Super Simple Phonics mp3s/pdfs immediately.

Q. I have paid for the download. Now how do I get the songs?

A. When you complete the payment process, you can click through to the download page where your downloads are listed. Click on the file and it should download immediately. As a backup, you will receive and email from our download provider, "E-Junkie" with a link to the file(s).

Q. I emailed you. How soon should I expect to get a response?

A. We're teachers and we spend a lot of our time in the classroom. BUT, we make BIG effort to respond to everyone as soon as possible. That usually means within 24 hours, sometimes much faster.

Q. I don't have time to download everything right now. Can I try later?

A. For single albums, you can download for up to 12 hours. For Value Packs, you have up to 24 hours. For the Super Pack, you have up to 36 hours.

Q. Does the Super Simple Songs download contain the song lyrics and/or
activities.

A. Yes, it does! A text file with all of the lyrics and actions/gestures is included in the download.

Q. Can I burn the Super Simple Songs or Super Simple Phonics mp3s to a CD?

A. Yes! You can burn them for your personal use. However, the songs are copyrighted, and you cannot burn them for others or send the files to others. Please help us out by spreading the word about Super Simple Songs and not the files. We really appreciate it!

Q. How do I "burn" mp3s to a CD?

A. There are many types of software that do this and every one is different so we're unable to help with every situation but we will try our best. The quickest way might be to ask a friend to help you out. If you don't have software to do this, we suggest iTunes. It's free and it's the easiest and quickest way we know to "burn" music.

Q. I am a school (or work with a group of children) and would like to offer your learning materials to my students. Do you have any type of discount?

A. Yes, we offer substantial discounts for orders over 10 items. Please check the discount program page for more information or contact us.

Q. Where did you get the colorful carpets I see in your youtube videos?

A. We get asked this question a lot, so here's the answer! We purchased them from Lakeshore Learning, a children's educational supply store located in the United States. 1) You can order Knock Knock English learning materials and we will ship them to you. We ship everywhere in the world and shipping usually takes 7-10 working days.

2) You can order the MP3 and PDF downloads and receive the materials immediately with no shipping costs.
